Southern Metropolitan Regional Council:

Consultant Panel
Through a competitive tender process awarded pala management in November 2013 a place on their consultant panel as project managers in order to support their internal development works.


Realcom:

Milne AgriGroup / Mt Barker Free Range Farms - $3 Million

Commissioned in October 2013, pala management is assisting Realcom in project managing the remodelling and renovation of an existing building in East Rockingham from a ‘pharmaceutical’ manufacturing plant to a food processing centre for the Milne AgriGroup (Mt Barker Free Range Farms). This work includes the requirement to obtain a ‘change of use’ approval and a building permit, the forming and coordination of a project team, defining the brief, overseeing design and working with the contractor to ensure ‘best value’. Furthermore the following stage requires a complete project management service to direct the design and construction of a new 1200m2 chiller and distribution building/facility.


Target Australia - $5 Million
Commissioned in February 2015, pala management is assisting Realcom in project managing the renewal and renovation of the existing Target Store in Midland WA in order to deliver the 'New Store Format' before the end of the 2014/15 financial year.  This work includes the management of the consultant team, coordination of internal Target departments, oversight of the approval process and the administration of the Construction Contract as the Superintendent's Representative. 


Devwest, Wattle Grove Shopping Centre - $5 Million
Commissioned in September 2015, pala management is assisting Realcom in the provision of Superintendent services for Wattle Grove Shopping Centre. This project includes construction of a new Aldi store and 13 specialty tenancies over a tight 36 week programme.


City of Joondalup:


Delamere Park, Currambine - $1.6 Million

Commissioned in October 2013, these works include the project / construction management of Delamere Park, Currambine. This commission sees pala management acting as the Superintendent’s Representative administrating the construction contract for the City of Joondalup, overseeing the building and landscape works, assessing progress claims, variations, monitoring the programme and ensuring the quality of the works is accordance with the contract documentation.


Northwest Developments:


Various Pilbara Projects - $180 Million

Commissioned in August 2013, pala management oversees various ongoing projects. These projects include but are not limited to a 244 Lot residential housing estate in Newman with 22 double storey apartment buildings, a 5 storey, 35 unit apartment and commercial building within Port Hedland and a 12 unit apartment building in South Hedland. This commission is sees pala management acting on behalf of the Principal assisting in raising funding, project planning, focusing the company structure, sales, finance, design oversight, tendering, contract negotiations and project implementation/construction for the built form works. 

MCore Services:

South Jimblebar Mine, Felix Haul Road - $7 Million
Commissioned in early July 2013, pala management was tasked with providing project and contract management support to the onsite management team. The aim of this project was the construction of the ‘Felix Haul Road’ to allow for access between the new South Jimblebar Mine and the dumping site in the Jupiter pit. These works included the construction of a 6km long x 50m wide road, windrows, signage, drainage culverts, a floodway and the remediation of wet-spots under and adjacent the road.
